The company is a well-respected independent consultancy based in Lancashire that specialises in Road Safety Engineering, Road Safety Auditing, Road Safety Assessments, Traffic Management and Forensic Collision Investigation. The business was established in 1995, then named PAF Accident Reconstruction & Investigation Services, offering expert witness support to the Legal Profession, Insurance Industry and Transport Operators.

Road Safety Engineering and Highway Design

Since this time the portfolio of the company has expanded to offer additional services which are predominantly orientated around road safety engineering and highway design.

Engineers and associates of the company have worked in both the public and private sector. Paul Fenton, Consultant Road Safety Engineer and Director of the company, also has the benefit of having an enforcement background while serving as a Police Officer and has considerable experience as a collision investigator with extensive knowledge of road safety & traffic management issues and legislation.
